If they show up in the mod manager, and you can enable them it's not a problem with the game really.

If the mods aren't working when you enable them, it's an issue that has to be fixed by the creators of those mods.
It's possible they may not support 1.51 yet (Even if you can enable them)

Plus some mods only work with fresh saves, if you haven't used them before in your save game
