For never ending loading screens, try turning off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well. For Android users, you may also need to turn off your mobile data.

I'm not entirely sure if it's here or another channel that I should put this in, but I was playing on a randomized game. I wanted to pokeradar and didn't get lucky with an abra early, so I turned off random to get the abra, then reshuffled to turn the randomizer back on. Now this is all the pokeradar shows. Hi, I'm having trouble with playing with the randomizer. I only realized when i entered the first gym and Brocks Pokémon were different types than he announced. I reloaded my last save and approached him again. He had completely different Pokémon and they were (once again) neither the type he announced, nor did they even share a type. Everytime i reload a savefile the other trainers in the gym also get re-randomized completely (no coherent typing either). Same thing happened when restarting the whole game. I remember this not being the case last time i played on randomizer. Is there a bug i can fix or maybe a setting i might have accidentally triggered? I tried to turn [randomize each battle] on and off on different new games but that it didnt change anything. Thanks in advance <3

Hey @severe mauve! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

REGARDING SPRITE ISSUES:

NOTE: If you are offline and cannot play the game online, download the newest spritepack from #spritepack-releases (NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANDROID)

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".
Step 5. If that did not fix it, delete any game or launcher folders and do a full reinstall.
Step 6. After reinstalling, repeat step 4.

If for some reason none of this works, type ?tag altdownload in #ask-a-bot and reinstall using those files (NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANDROID)

REGARDING SPRITE ISSUES:

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".
Step 5. If that did not fix it, delete any game or launcher folders and do a full reinstall.
Step 6. After reinstalling, repeat step 4.

If your game is opening and immediately closing, you likely need to do a full reinstall in a new folder. You should be deleting all of your old game/launcher folders! DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW FILES!

Reinstalling on Windows does not affect Save Files in any way. For all other platforms, refer to the installation guides for your device!

For windows only!

If you're using the Launcher:

1. Delete your old launcher folder.
2. Reinstall version 1.1.2 of the launcher from HERE (Yes, even if you're already on 1.1.2)
3. Open the settings tab
4. Click "Reset Config"
   NOTE: The original path that the launcher shows will be your old game folder. That folder should be deleted. The new game folder will be in PIFLauncher(#.#.#)/GameFiles/InfiniteFusion

• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.

I don't know if this is the case for Windows, but for other platforms the Savefile folder doesn't actually generate for you to drop your save into, until you've actually created a save for it to need the file

So make a save in your house real quick, exit the game, navigate to the shortcut, drag and drop your save file from your USB stick into there. Then you can delete that other save you made in the house since it's not needed

I'm having issues for context I'm playing on android through joiplay. I completed the pokedex awhile ago. Go my magic boots and have enjoyed the game. Any advice? I've been getting the RGSS script seems to be stuck error. I did a fresh install earlier today as I hadn't played in months. Played for about 4 hours, took a break, came back and on relaunch after about 10 minutes it froze, presenting the error for the first time.

Tried a restart of the computer, closed all background processes, validated the files are in the Downloads folder to avoid OneDrive, still kept getting those issues. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. Loads up, gets through the opening cutscene, freezes on the menu, RGSS error.

For never ending loading screens, try turning off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well. For Android users, you may also need to turn off your mobile data.

Note: When you are disconnected from the internet, sprites will not be automatically downloaded resulting in missing sprites. If the game will only work offline for you, go to #ask-a-bot and type in ?tag altdownload and reinstall with the guide that Deino replies with. This is only meant for Windows devices. To clean out your computer:

2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

I have a a lot of question marks where my sprites should be. I have tried every solution I can find online and none have worked. Occasionally a restart will make the most recently viewed questionmark-mon load in but it doesnt take long to find several more that are missing. Do I have to go over all 1100 mons to get the sprites to download or am I just missing something?

I had the game for a long time and today I just updated my game to the latest version but now my magic boots don't have the same debug features it had from my other version I think it was 6.5.2?
I used to use the feature that let me heal my pokemon without needing to travel to a pokemon center or use potions whenever i was grinding up my pokemon but I dont see the option to do that anymore on the 6.7.2 version💔
Is that feature gone intentionally or did I make a mistake somewhere when I updated my game? I was playing on a version lower that 6.6.0 so i did have to reinstall the game and I was wondering if I just did something wrong during the download process? Anyone got advice?

How to Update to the Latest Version (Windows)

• If you're on or above 6.6.0 double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat to update.
• If you're below 6.6.0 you must either reinstall in a NEW folder (since the updater won't work due to bugs) or use the New Launcher to update.
• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.
• If playing on a Randomized save, make sure to reshuffle after updating. Use ?tag reshuffle if you need help.

If your game is opening and immediately closing, you likely need to do a full reinstall in a new folder. You should be deleting all of your old game/launcher folders! DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW FILES!

Reinstalling on Windows does not affect Save Files in any way. For all other platforms, refer to the installation guides for your device!

For windows only!

If you're using the Launcher:

1. Delete your old launcher folder.
2. Reinstall version 1.1.2 of the launcher from HERE (Yes, even if you're already on 1.1.2)
3. Open the settings tab
4. Click "Reset Config"
   NOTE: The original path that the launcher shows will be your old game folder. That folder should be deleted. The new game folder will be in PIFLauncher(#.#.#)/GameFiles/InfiniteFusion
5. Install/Update the game files.

If you're not using the Launcher:
