Hello there sorry to bother you. I just wantet to tell you that the Bug on Kin Island in the Pokemon Club survived the latest updates. I looked if someone postet the Issue yet and i found two Bug Reports. One from 2024 #1265087087632191498 message said the crash on spezific trainer picture 1 is not a crash its just a short freeze. The trainer Battle was pretty fine on my game no problem but interacting with the other persons/Pokemon in the room did the same crash as the Player reportet in #1355262331407568986 message already. i didnt open a new one but just wanted to tell it still apears. this one is my crashfile. Maybe it helps (picture 2) have a nice day 🙂 oh and the pokemons where lopunny the frist time and Zombirs the second time

I wanted to fill some vacant sprite with my own custom designs to test them into the game but, unfortunately, the only tutorials I've found traced back to a period when, apparently, the spritesheets method was not implemented yet. Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/CustomBattlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

In-Game Instructions:

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.
3. If you have an existing sprite that you're replacing, select the option "Replace All the old sprites with the new ones" when prompted.

Once completed, you can view your custom sprite in-game from the Pokedex's Sprite tab.

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

The classic mode is the most curated and straight-forward mode, which makes it a good mode for a first playthrough while learning the ins and outs of the game.

i think your issue is unique because no one else ever reported issues with the egg

my best recommendation is do a clean install of the game files and see if you can get the issue to crop up again on a new save

clean install meaning

• delete your existing infinitefusion folder and any zip files for the game [even from the recycle bin] (this will not touch your saves unless you are on android or steamdeck, please check those guides for how to move your saves)
• restart your device
• redownload/extract/install the game

then just start a new save file

if the issue happens again with a clean install and a new save then we know it is a proper problem, but if it doesn't then likely something with the save itself borked

5. Send a screenshot if you can't accurately describe your issue. Often times, it is hard to describe your issue. Send a screenshot so we can see what you are seeing. Especially if you are getting an error.

i mean if you kept your game folder in downloads it isn't that hard, and there's no reason to hold onto the zip once you have the game set up

For anyone who gets the error where the game crashes on startup after briefly showing a black screen, and adding the game as an exception to the Data Execution Prevention either doesn't work or you get the error "You can not set DEP attributes on 64-bit executables."

What worked for me what doing Settings -> Reset Config from the launcher. It reinstalls the game but keeps your saves. Fixed the problem for me when nothing else did!

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

First time asking for help here, but whenever I try to open Pokemon Infinite Fusion, it starts to have a strobe light like effect where its constantly flickering in and out. I've tried playing on a older copy and it caused the strobe effect which made me delete it and downloading the lastest one however that is still causing the strobe effect. The flickering seems to stop whenever I have another tab or something similar over it, yet when I click on the game, the strobe effect continues. It’s just the February pack (and probably the March one now that it just dropped today). According to frog, it’s a download limit issue. Our tech manager and I are convinced otherwise but haven’t gotten any answers from him.

In my party that's ok, but in box system it will become really difficult finding a certain Pokemon, or even knowing where they are placed at all. Basically invisible. Hey, so about the invisible pokemon menu sprites, i figured they are invisible when newly catched, or maybe evolved too, idk. Game restart solves the issue, but unless I restart every time I receive something new they stay invisible. Any thoughts on this? Menuing and PC box can be difficult with invisible spirtes.

Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

1. Must be on 6.4.6+ for this to work. If you aren't on 6.4.6+, update your game and reshuffle your settings. If you don't know how to reshuffle, type: ?tag reshuffle

2. You need to go to the Pokémon center, talk to help man and select fix game. Must be done AFTER updating on 6.4.6+

3. You need to enter any gym and exit. Weird I know, but the dev put in a fix for that bug at entrances to gyms.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

I thought that might be the problem but seeing as the date of last modification on the .mkxp1 file is a few days ago (and I made modifications to keybinds a few minutes ago) i dont think so, and when i switch my save files its not just the file but the entire .../roaming/infinitefusion folder so said file moves as well. Then again i havent worked with RPGM so I might be wrong

So to update on steam deck, you’ll want to reinstall fresh from #downloads

Best thing to do is:

1. redownload from the steam deck guide
2. Extract it
3. Wherever your current game folder is, delete it.
4. Move the new files from step 2 in the same location as where your old folder was. Just make sure it is the same name as what your old was.

Basically just swapping it out and you are good.

In theory, yes. That’s not something that I can condone personally with respect towards the artists decisions, but yes, you can always import your own sprites.

It is a bit harder now however due to all of the sprites being in spritesheets now

So you’d need to have the raw file from the sprite packs

New Game + is unlocked after beating the Elite 4. It allows you to transfer your Pokemon from the current save to a brand new save.

no, in fact given there have been some bugs in the past preventing someone from getting certain pokemon, or maybe the accidentally didn't read and flagged their save by turning on randomizer, NG+ is a great way to keep your pokemon and "start fresh"

once you have the pokedex you can visit a Help Man and have him fix the game, this will then trigger your Dex to see all the pokemon you have in your boxes

and register them

the only things that will invalidate the boots reward are looking at randomizer options, activating randomizer, activating expert mode, or using debug in certain ways

Hey @steep belfry! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

You could’ve hit the download limit. The most recent pack added a TON of bases so it’s a larger load than normal for the game to download. Ensure you have download data on in the options and just be patient and keep on playing

How to Update to the Latest Version (Windows)

• If you're on or above 6.4.2, double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat to update.
• If you're below 6.4.2, you must either reinstall in a NEW folder (since the updater won't work due to bugs) or use the New Launcher to update.
• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.
• If playing on a Randomized save, make sure to reshuffle after updating. Use ?tag reshuffle if you need help.

Got an issue I could use some help with.
One of my saves' PokeRadar seems to be randomly malfunctioning. Two things happen sporadically in the middle of my shiny-hunting chains:

1. The grass patch that shakes will randomly not respond to being stepped on until I back up and walk back over it (side note, none of the Pokemon being used are over-leveled and speed-up is not being used while hunting)
2. The Pokemon being chained will randomly be replaced by a different Pokemon from that same time slot despite having max repels active and despite the chain not signaling in any way that its been broken
