To change a Pokemon's sprite to an alternative one, go to their Pokedex entry (this can be done from their summary screen) and go to the "Sprites" tab. Here you can scroll through the different available sprites.

I been trying to edit input controls on a fresh download and for some reason it just ain't registering my Xbox One controller properly.
None of the face buttons are recognised by the config window, nor the RB or LB buttons. It recognises the triggers and analog sticks perfectly fine, though.
Another weird thing is that occasionally whilst pressing buttons to try and change the control scheme the game picks them up and starts activating menus and such

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

Youtube and many other services can deal with dropped packets through buffers and automatic retries.
single dropped packets will not be noticed during use of your pc (the icon wont even change)

however our bat file requires all packets to reach the client and will die after a single dropped packet.

Oh sorry, one more question, i started a new save in Remix Mode, and upon reaching Viridian City's Pokemon Center, i had a talk with the Fixer Man, and then my subsequent saves were listed as Random Mode, even though i didnt make any changes. However so far (at least i think), all the wild pokemon and trainers have not been randomized.

Is this purely a text bug? and is there a resource where i can confirm if a trainers pokemon are indeed what they should have?

I'm trying to get the new version on my android after not using the game since the sprite server went down, I already had everything Uninstalled and reinstalled including the joiplay and rpg maker apps, but when I start the game the first cutscene plays normally, but the menu scene with all of pokemon fusing runs so slowly that it basically doesn't run at all, and then I can't get past that

To fix the Mobile Pokedex crash, make sure when you open the game you are on v6.4.2 or higher. If not, redownload.

1. Open your game.
2. Open the menu and go to options (don't do this from the main menu. You need to be inside the game)
3. Change Device to Mobile (If it was Mobile already, change it to PC, close the menu. Save. Then reopen and Select Mobile)
4. Then Save the Game
5. Restart your game and try again.

Hello, i am using windows and struggling to update to the newest version of the game, i have it installed in version 4.9.? and i am trying to install the new version while keeping my old save file. I read the guides multiple times and have tried to follow them but i am stuck. I clicked install on the newest version and extracted the file. My sprite won't change.
If there's one custom sprite, and if I'm messing around and switch to the auto-gen, when I try to switch back, it doesn't work.
Even though the auto gen is the image on status and battle, in the Pokedex itself, it thinks the custom sprite is still active, and therefore cannot change. Attempting to reselect the auto gen(or just opening the Pokedex in general) causes duplicates of the autogen to appear on the select screen.
I've made sure to attempt updating, and also tried telling the black suit guy to fix my game.

You can press F1 (FN + F1 on laptops) to change your keybindings!

Be aware, remapping controllers does not work outside of Xbox Controllers. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses.
