actually I'm on Android (Samsung Galaxy S23), I downloaded the game, everything was correct, but then, after ~20min of playing, my game freezed for a very long time but I waited, then I restarted the game and from this moment on, the game was very laggy and now it's still not working after the loading screen

So earlier I was told here that I mistakenly downloaded the game from a fake site, it was a fake V6.3.
And I was told to delete it and my saves and redownload it from discord.

I deleted the whole folder, even empty trash, then downloaded the true files and followed the instructions from Discord download.

However to my surprise when launching the new .exe I was brought back to my original save in the game..
Why?

I was told here I would loose it and it should be deleted.

Is it okay to continue this save file? Is it corrupt?

The game files are the same as the ones described in the Document Manual from discord download. Playing v6.2.4

on top of that, a 6.3 save in 6.2.4 is bound to give issues.

2 things you can do.

• start a new game and overwrite the save slot of the old (fake) save
  or
• go into the save folder and manually delete the files there.

if ever needed i found a simple way to fix this particular error : the ''custombattlers'' folder was not complete : for example bulbasaur had all his custom sprites available but charmander only had 2.

However the ''basesprites'' one was complete, so i just copy and pasted the basesprites folder to the custombattler to add the missing sprites. Now when i launch the game, the error doesnt appear anymore and I don't find missing sprites.

I just hope it doesnt affect fusions, but it shouldnt

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites from in game settings, save your game, and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

Hi all. I encountered this error when I approached Cerulean city. It's very weird because in my previous game yesterday, I managed to enter Cerulean city for a bit and it only happened after I saved in the Pokémon centre and closed the game. This screenshot is my second game I started today.

I re-extracted the game and moved savefile over and got the same issue. I downloaded all from the official Google doc links.

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites from in game settings, save your game, and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

Hey @alpine sparrow! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

Be aware, remapping controllers does not work outside of Xbox Controllers. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and data that the normal game doesn't have.

2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there

I didn't actually delete the save file, I just deleted the entire zip from the unofficial download

And now the sprites are there and things seem normal now

saves are kept separate, you need to go in and delete them

Your save file is located in: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\InfiniteFusion.

Your game folder has a shortcut to this folder named: Savefile
Each save file represents the save slot you saved into. Example: If you saved into Slot A, your save is named File A.rxdata

If you want to transfer it, copy the save file into the same location above on the new computer.

my friend crashes every time they interact with this trainer on route 22 - 6.2.4 , randomized trainers 150 BST, tried the param reset and reshuffling to no avail - was playing on 2v2 mode originally, but setting to 1v1, reshuffle, retry doesn't work either - fresh install from the discord today
