If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

download file
extract file into a folder via winrar [or 7zip if it gives you that option]
check the properties of the folder to make sure it matches up with the picture in step 5 [there can be a margin of error, but if it is missing a lot of files, then something borked]
launch game from that new folder assuming it does match up correctly

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

if you are on windows all you really need is defender

an occasional spot check with something like malware bytes is fine, but you install it, do that then uninstall

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

Hi guys, I have a problem that's kinda bothering me enough in my play-through as to make me join the discord server.

Sometimes when I get a screen transition, almost all the map tiles don't load, and I get a black void. Water tiles, characters and obstacles like pushable tiles are visible, but all the others go black. This is specially bad in Seafoam Islands and Victory Road (Where I'm right now, and the reason why I'm even here).

I go back to reality when I get a battle, either with a Wild Pokémon or an NPC Trainer, or I reload the map by saving and going to the title screen.

How can I stop this from happening?

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

Hey @upbeat sigil! Magic Boots are an IN GAME reward for catching all unfused 470 Pokemon in a non-randomized file (Dex number 1-470). After doing so, the Developer in Celadon will reward you with them. Putting them on will unlock DEBUG options that you can play with.

the issue is - due to debug mode the game pulls a sprite which isnt in the repo anymore, so it crashes

the only thing missing from the android download are auto-gens (which look ugly af anyway), and some extra base sprites.

if it finds an img - display it in gallery and make a symlink
if it finds a document - display it in there and make a symlink

the file management system is a mess - yes it is safer - but magnitudes slower than old android

from what I've heard, its a lot more complicated trying to get the new sprite pack on mobile, and theres a much bigger risk of messing up the files, so if you don't know what you're doing it might be a better idea not to try to get the new sprites

Hey @sterile pivot! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

Be aware, remapping controllers does not work outside of Xbox Controllers. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses.

I downloaded the 6.2.4 for the repo for the beta version to have all the sprites I'm missing from the main game but it's not showing the outfit option to know i did it right

apologies for the stupid question, but the key bindings menu doesn't seem to recognize all of my controller inputs. only the sticks and shoulder buttons are able to be set as new/changed keybinds. any idea why this might be? (pc)

theres probably a left over file from IF which is creating the (1) so the computer can differentiate from the other

You can press F1 (FN + F1 on laptops) to change your keybindings!

Be aware, remapping controllers does not work outside of Xbox Controllers. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses.

yes any main game folders should be deleted if you redownloading otherwise they will merge (do be carful and make sure you dont mess with your seperate save files though if you are searching through)

so i manged to fix the sprite issues

but the randomiser mode doesnt work

it just keeps making a random sound continuosly

after i make my prefered randomiser settings and press yes to the setting id like to play with it say "wild pokemon has been shuffled " with a sound

then when i press space bar it keeps making that sound continuosly wihtout progressing

Hey gang, just updated to 6.2.4 from 6.1.4 and I'm getting this every time the rival tries to challenge me after getting the starter. Hoenn starters, remix mode on hard difficulty if any of that's important

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.57gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder so it is conflicting
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.57gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.
