Mega Evolution could easily be implemented with very little adjustment. Just implement it for self fusions of mons with megaforms. They get their stat boost and ability change, and can't be fused with other mons (since they're already a fusion).
Bonus points if you can mega evolve them as normal in battle instead of it being permanent, but that's extra work presumably.

The idea is simple. Send it out. Hopefully go first. Belly Drum proc Sitrus and Unburden. Sweep with whichever move, using Drain Punch to refill HP.
If you get outsped, you should reasonably tank anything not super effective and proc your sitrus so belly Drum works anyway, and then you're at the same point as if you outsped.
It's basically a poor man's Slurpuff.

Let me be more clear with my words so you can understand because I forgot we’re not friends and only my friends know what I mean. Due to Milotic and Gyarados being rivals, I thought it would be a good idea to get a Gyarados look to it. Obviously I seem high off my ass when I say that, so let me rephrase. An elegant and beautiful Milotic/Togekiss fusion sprite to contrast from all my other edgy mons, something different from the in game sprites. Did this explanation help?

Yeah that's what I did too. But in-game it's not the worst since AI don't know to take advantage of it if they even have a move to, STAB it's pretty strong, and for a lot of pokemon it's the best physical Flying STAB they have, since there's few good ones and the distribution isn't great, i.e. Salamence.
there's Aerial Ace but it's significantly weaker, and at that point non-STAB moves start being better

it's the set that swept the fastest with the moves I have access to rn so I've stuck with it. It has Drought so Synthesis heals for 75% all the time and Growth Gives +2 Special Attack +2 Attack and then Sleep Powder is to setup so I can just sweep, resistances don't matter when your +6 in 3 turns with 2.25x Fire STAB cuz of the sun and Flash Fire is very rare

Cons: Pretty sure this is the heaviest Pokemon in the game, making Low Kick, and possibly Grass Knot not something you want to see. Ever. Also 4 commonplace x2 weaknesses and a paltry 188 Speed means that you must consider your opponent well before marching this in.

With it's low HP (but decent defenses) the 75% HP Drain from Draining Kiss heals for a relatively larger percentage of it's total HP. Fairy is a good mono-attacking Type having no Immunities and only 3 resistances, and since the sets are built around setting-up it can let you break through resistances anyway. Will-O-Wisp is there to help you to be able to setup on Physical Attackers too, cripple them if you're not able to KO them fast enough, and wear down resistances.

I highly recommend the reverse fusion over Dusknoir/Gardevoir as 7 points of SpA and 12 Speed is not worth the 44 lost points. One more immunity than the reverse is nice, but as both only feature 2 super effective weaknesses, you get more bulk for your buck with the reverse.

The general bulk is better which is kind of what I would see as the purpose of fusing those mons in general. I can overlook stat loss if it's for a good reason, but with lack of a decent ability on either side, and good defensive typing on both fusions, it just comes down to typing and stats which of course can be preference.
I feel like your probably not going to go fast anyway, and losing a little special defense is worth it for the general gains from the reverse fusion.
I mostly envision a PP Stall build using Gardevoir / Dusknoir or it's Eviolite Prevo.
