So I like using fusions that combine their ability, moves, and potentially item to make them strong. Right now I've got a 'mon with contrary and several debuffing moves, a 'mon with Poison Heal with leeching moves and leftovers, a 'mon with Skill Link and King's Rock for flinching shenanigans, a 'mon with Magic Guard, Life Orb, and a nasty recoil move, and a 'mon with Light Ball and high special attack (this one's feeling a little eh because they're not a ton of synergy going on there). I still need a sixth - does anyone have ability/move/item combos that feel fun and powerful?

You can use poison mushrooms out of battle to poison your pokemon. If you use it on a pokemon at full health they get poisoned without using the mushroom.

I appreciate the recommendation! I have not made use of Normal type yet, so it's definitely an option for Slaking/Regigigas, but unfortunately I already have water and fairy types in my team. I might be able to replace the water half of a fusion though, so I'll look into that!

You don’t need to run huge power on them, any beneficial ability is obviously good.

But doubling your attack stat makes a 40 base power move like aqua jet feel like you’re running them over with a car lmao

yea it depends on what you're running but both feel fine

jirachi gives more offense but is a bit more frail and steel/ice has some quad weaknesses to watch out for

Got curious, so I checked. Drum beating, grav apple, leaf blade, horn leach, razor leaf, trop kick, needle arm, and wood hammer have something more than whacking the target. Mostly lower stats, crit, flinch?, recoil, or heal.
Not sure as I rarely use sheer force if these count, but at least if they don't they can assist in other ways.

(Serebii for whatever reason claimed moves don't work and should be deleted, so that's why needle arm has a question mark)

So I'm new to this game and started a randomised run. Wanted to share my starter pokemon which I think looks pretty cool. Nothing too crazy.
I got a Anorith as my starter, then found a Nincada in one of my first encounters and thought they would be a cool looking fusion and I think so.
