how do IVs work with fusing pokemon?

When using super splicers the highest IV for each stat between the two pokemon is used for the fusion

and unfusing it gives all the IVs of that fusion to the body pokemon

while the head pokemon's IVs are randomized

So you can keep fusing and unfusing two pokemon to max out the fusion's IVs lol

or move those IVs to any of the two pokemon by unfusing it

Reversing a fusion preserves the IVs too
