And you can have a double-shiny fusion

It is possible for the unfusing to bug and remove the shininess entirely

All HMs have an item replacement. Some just need badge requirements. Strength is needed for Victory Road, and Surf to get to gym 7, but the rest are just for convenience. All but 1 needs you to be able to use the move outside battle (often the aforementioned badge requirement) and 3 of them are locked to after the Elite 4
