The game has no online capabilities. The only reason it needs wifi is to download the sprites from the github as you encounter them. If you plan on playing while not connected to wifi a majority of the time, meaning the game cannot download sprites, then you should download the preloaded version

If you're downloading the preloaded version now, you do not need the spritepacks right now, they are already in the files you download. When a new spritepack is released next month, then you look in #spritepack-releases and download it from there, following the steps to put them into the game

After every 256 steps, an egg cycle occurs. The game will use the % below to determine if the Old man outside the Daycare returns with an egg.

• They prefer to play with others (incompatible): no egg
• They don't seem to like each other (different species): 30% chance for an egg per egg cycle
• They seem to like each other (same species): 50% chance for an egg per egg cycle
• They seem to like each other very much (same species, different Original Trainer): 70% chance of an egg per egg cycle

To dupe Pokemon, all you need is one Nincada, one normal red Pokeball, and an empty slot in your party. Nincadas are easy to obtain in both Classic and Remix. In #ask-a-bot you can ask "How to get Nincada"

Steps:

1. Fuse the Pokemon you want to dupe with a Nincada. This will work with any Pokemon, including legendaries, mythicals, etc.
2. Level up the fusion to any evolution level. Nincada evolves at lvl. 20. Make sure you have a red Pokeball and an empty slot in your party.

• Note: Any evolution will work, meaning if the other half evolves under 20 (e.g Kakuna, the dupe will also work and you will end up with two Beedrills.)

3. The fusion will now split: you'll have a Ninjask and, in the empty space you had, you'll now have a Shedinja. Both will be fused with the Pokemon you're duping.

IVs ,EVs, and Natures will also carry onto both the new fusions and will have the exact same values.
