Greveon: POKENAME are swift and stalwart protectors of others. The saliva of their tongues are powerful soothing and numbing agents. They utilize this saliva to tend to small injuries, though it can be used to quell rowdy individuals.

As a bonus, here's one for the other Granveon sprite: As it bites down onto prey, it exudes a calming scent to minimize their resistance. It has been seen using a similar tactic to quell its young when they become rowdy, though in such instances it nibbles rather than bites.

POKENAME burrow through the ground while extending their feelers through the soil in front of them to locate tubers, potatoes being their favorites. Because of this, they release an earthy potato scent from their bodies that soothe those around them.

Oh I know, I'm mostly being melodramatic--I prolly often mention feelers in passing and focus on the soothing aspects, hence the mention of feelers still being present but not the "core" aspect

Since like I said, usually the feelers are doing something in a sprite that makes them feel important to mention to some degree

Like this one, where my thought went immediately to: Using their ribbon-like organs, POKENAME deliver precise electric shocks. They display an uncanny capability to deliver electric shocks where their opponents are weakest.

It's honestly the sprites that don't have the feelers or do something radically different with them I find the hardest to do something with, yeah.

Yeah, sometimes the feelers are just present and it can trick my mind a little, but most times they're doing something or are in place of something, such as Sylveon/Haxorus where the "feelers" were in place of the tusks

Three Breloom/Sylveon entries down (as in one for each of the three sprites), one for the izik suggestion of causing nearby flowers to release calming scents, one for the izik suggestion of a calmin beverage being made from some part of the fusion, and one for the izik suggestion of feelers being strong enough to pierce iron

Hey, so I'm looking through the Sylveon fusion dex entries that need to be done. A couple of questions:

1. How often does the list get updated? (I saw the Ho-oh/Sylveon entry, but it's still on the list.
2. If a fusion does not currently have a sprite, can I still create a dex entry for it? If so, should I keep it generic until the sprite comes out?

POKENAME have incredibly powerful legs that allow this species to jump over wide riverbeds with ease. Using the fin on its head, POKENAME can sense foes moving nearby, causing its four feet to light ablaze, ready for combat.

This Pokémon fusion has gifted POKENAME with incredible speed and strength in its legs, both on and off sturdy ground. Using the fins on its body to assist its movement, POKENAME will let out a sharp battle cry before delivering several fiery kicks.

Blatomp (281.283)
POKENAME use their strong legs to leap through swamplands with ease. Using their movement, POKENAME will wait for their opponent to become trapped in the mud before leaping down a blazing kick that will leave the opponent blackened and scorched.

Sensing emotions with the horn on its head, POKENAME use their body heat to show its level of trust with a person. When this Pokémon feels comfortable with its trainer, it will let out small flames from its beak with joy.

Able to sense the emotions of those around it using its feather-like horns, POKENAME will let out a sharp cry to show its displeasure. If that doesn't work, POKENAME will spit a fireball towards the negative source before fleeing.

Blats (281.285)
POKENAME will seek out a role-model with a strong fighting spirit to mentor under. Using its developing legs, POKENAME practices jumping and kicking as its own fighting spirit grows and flames become stronger.

April Dex Challenge Day 3 - Green Color

The bulbs on POKENAME's wingtips absorb sunlight and excess electrical energy generated by its dancing. When cheering fervently, the bulbs grow larger and produce small clouds of electrically charged spores.

April Dex Challenge Day 4 - Blissey Line

When Pokémon breeding first became popular, it was thought Eggs carried and hatched by POKENAME would become the strongest members of their species. This has since proven false, however POKENAME are extremely efficient and capable caretakers.

April Dex Challenge Day 5 - Rabbit Pokemon

During battle, POKENAME create large bubbles to bounce and dance on just out of reach of their opponents. These bubbles create a loud, disorienting sound when popped, allowing POKENAME to quickly strike with kicks.

I agree it looks a lot more like mudkip, but he's just a lil guy so I'll give him some slack <3

and the way the sprite is positioned makes it look like he's floating, much like swirlix do

Yeah, the sprite is perfectly fine and conveys the order of the fusion pretty well.

Plus, I'm pretty sure the belly is puffed out a bit. And overall it has a much smoother "edge" to its parts than Mudkip usually has, which fits Swirlix, which has a much more rounded form.

Eh, it happens. Nothing stopping me from adding my own versions down the line, and there'll be plenty more to try adding dex entries to in the future.

On occasion I have. Obviously I have a preference for untouched ones like most everyone, but there's a few I saw that I had an idea for that had an entry that I couldn't resist putting out there.

tfw you mulled over a Sylveon/Goomy line for a week and then refreshed the fusiondex site one day and they're already getting a written entry

I've been realizing the most I've loved writing dex entries for are in a series kinda stuff

A whole evo line (in a leveling up/evo section where it makes sense so I don't think I've ever did ones for like idk Piplup/Tyranitar cuz that wouldn't really happen)

I think I've only managed to keep a theme/dex series going for like, one or two evolutionary lines. Like I think I did the Abra/Ditto line, where at least the last two were somewhat connected thematically, less so the first.

During autumn festivities, POKENAME appear in greater numbers, following and spooking people who are easily scared. It's said that if one were to see POKENAME's true form, they would would be whisked away to somewhere unknown, never to be seen again.

Bubbles blown by POKENAME are made of nutrient-rich water, allowing them to create waterside nests surrounded in dense foliage. During the breeding season, they decorate the foliage with various vibrant berries and flowers to impress potential mates.

it just makes my brain brake when I see the lack of customs, and thus also the lack of the link, on their fusiondex pages is all

The Google sheet is live updated from the ingame files and is always more accurate than the website

POKENAME are often found in glacial tundras blending in with the other foliage. During warmer seasons, the leaves on POKENAME's head melt and the water is reabsorbed into the body to produce new leaves. Oddly, their tongue is resistant to freezing.
