Good early morning, while this entry is well written, it will probably not be approved for two reasons:

1st it talks about the origin of the fusion. According to the FAQ the fusion entry origins should be kept vague.

2nd it talks about one individual of the Pokémon’s species instead of talking about the species as a whole.

So to fix it I’d suggest for the first sentence:

“Rumor has it a POKENAME is the result of a battle between Charizard and an ocean dwelling Pokémon.”

I will preface this by saying that you cannot submit entries for the triple fusions. There are only a few triple fusions, and the game dev would rather write those himself.

The actual dex numbers would vary depending on what the fusion is. For example, Zapmolcuno would be 144.145.146. If you are not asking for dex-writing purposes, it would be best to ask this kind of question in a different channel for future reference.
