If you're encountering missing sprites

**If you just updated to 6.6, do the reset cache steps mentioned in this #announcements message post.
**The game comes with all sprites preinstalled, up until the February 2025 Pack.
The remaining packs will be downloaded as you play, as long as you have "Download Data" turned on and your device is connected to wifi. You do not need to do anything for them.

Keep in mind, the auto download does not have infinite speed or capacity and will not trigger if you are not actively encountering new sprites (ex; battling, checking the Pokedex, etc.).
After downloading X amount of sprites per time unit Y, it will be paused for a bit. We cannot adjust this limit and there is nothing you can do as the player to skip it or make it go faster.

The first time you encounter a base Pokemon, it will select a random one of all sprites, if it is a new one that hasn't been downloaded yet, it will show as missing.
The same goes for fusions but with a little more nuance. To keep it simple, think of it the same.
Again, nothing wrong with your game. You just hit a download cap.

Note: Updating your game resets all your auto-downloaded sprites. do not attempt to "fix" this with updating. It will just make everything start from the beginning.

Fusions give EVs equal to half the EVs that each component gives, rounded down and then added together

Meaning that if both components give 1 EV, even if they're the same EV, you'll get a whopping 0 EVs from beating them

If you do plan on EV training, I highly recommend just finding a good wild encounter and farming it for an hour or so. Power items don't exist in game (outside of randomized items) but Pokerus does, look into getting that to make things easier

EVs also respect both the EXP Share and EXP All; any pokemon that gets EVs from a battle (either by catch or defeat) will get the EVs, provided it has space for them

I have been mostly playing through on randomizer mode after my first playthrough though and found quite a few power items that've helped and yeah, my whole team... "Had" pokerus for some reason the one I stuffed in the box to hold the disease disappeared, apparently it doesn't hold the same rules as the other games that if you stick it in the box it'll keep the disease contractable

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

hello i have a problem with the randomizer settings. At first it worked perfectly but then i encountered a bug (NPC trainers only have one type of pokemon) and used the ''fix game'' option in the pokemon center. The npc said my randomizer options had to be redone, which i did, but it doesnt to work. Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

By the way, I forget, do pokemon specific held items, like quick powder for ditto work if the pokemon is fused, or do they only affect the pokemon if it's unfused?

How to get Mimikyu to spawn:

1. You have to leave the room and come back for it to reset
2. **IMPORTANT ** Before playing the piano, use the Image below. These are the Register points for each room. Make sure to walk over those squares facing those directions multiple times for the puzzle to recognize you "Been" to each room. This is the reason for it to not spawn correctly.
3. Play the piano and interact with the doll. It will say "This wasn't here before" and should be in a different location now. Move to the room the doll is in and interact with it.
4. Repeat these steps until the doll is on top of the piano.
5. Talk to the doll on the piano and that is when you get the "Run away" sound cue. This means if you go to the entrance room, Mimikyu will be there.

-** IF THE DOLL GETS STUCK**, repeat step 1 to reset the room and try it again. Step 2 is important for the doll to not get stuck.

No Pokemon can have more than 510 EVs. EVs are earned through battling and stat boosters. No stat can have more than 255 EVs, but anything over 252 is wasted because at level 100, 1 EVs = 1 stat point. Wings give 1 EV while protein, calcium, etc. give 10.

That I know of, there's no way to see a Pokemon's EVs in-game.

To dupe Pokemon, all you need is one Nincada, one normal red Pokeball, and an empty slot in your party. Nincadas are easy to obtain in both Classic and Remix. In #ask-a-bot you can ask "How to get Nincada"

Steps:

1. Fuse the Pokemon you want to dupe with a Nincada. This will work with any Pokemon, including legendaries, mythicals, etc.
2. Level up the fusion to any evolution level. Nincada evolves at lvl. 20. Make sure you have a red Pokeball and an empty slot in your party.

• Note: Any evolution will work, meaning if the other half evolves under 20 (e.g Kakuna, the dupe will also work and you will end up with two Beedrills.)

3. The fusion will now split: you'll have a Ninjask and, in the empty space you had, you'll now have a Shedinja. Both will be fused with the Pokemon you're duping.

IVs ,EVs, and Natures will also carry onto both the new fusions and will have the exact same values.

Hey @silk basalt! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

If you're encountering missing sprites

**If you just updated to 6.6, do the reset cache steps mentioned in this #announcements message post.
**The game comes with all sprites preinstalled, up until the February 2025 Pack.
The remaining packs will be downloaded as you play, as long as you have "Download Data" turned on and your device is connected to wifi. You do not need to do anything for them.

Keep in mind, the auto download does not have infinite speed or capacity and will not trigger if you are not actively encountering new sprites (ex; battling, checking the Pokedex, etc.).
After downloading X amount of sprites per time unit Y, it will be paused for a bit. We cannot adjust this limit and there is nothing you can do as the player to skip it or make it go faster.

The first time you encounter a base Pokemon, it will select a random one of all sprites, if it is a new one that hasn't been downloaded yet, it will show as missing.
The same goes for fusions but with a little more nuance. To keep it simple, think of it the same.
Again, nothing wrong with your game. You just hit a download cap.

Note: Updating your game resets all your auto-downloaded sprites. do not attempt to "fix" this with updating. It will just make everything start from the beginning.
