Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

The problem is that fusions would need you to catch/evolve all pokemons many times, you would get (many) boxes of pidgey, (many) boxes of hoothoot and so on, then fuse what needs to be fused (twice to get both variants), do the evolutions as well separately...
The sheer amount needed for a living dex of all fused is staggering beyond what we can realistically deal with.

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

• Vitamins are available in the Celadon mall

I'm not entirely sure how EVs work in regards to fusing and unfusing, but I believe the body pokemon's EVs will always be kept over the head's, and I'm fairly certain that when unfusing, the body will keep all EVs and the head will be reset back to 0

currently bugged, you'll only get kalos starters if you enter from the northern tile

in order to get starters from gens 1-4, you'll have to take a step down and the re-enter the forest every time you leave

You can't encounter it statically, but there are ways to still get a Magmar

If you are not going to use incubators (items that give a large number of "steps" to the egg they are used on), haveing a pokemon with flame body in your team is a good first step as it doubles the value of the steps you take.
I found that the cycling road was a pretty decent place to hatch them as you can just go up and down a somewhat long path with few trainers moving around to block you and no change in zone.

If you have already hatched a lot of eggs, you can get an outfit from the girl near the granny in the daycare that also increases the amount of steps.

you sure its 1/6 each? there's a trainer I use to grind for exp at the top of cycle road (prob not the name) between celedon and fuchsia. I hit both champs with a psychic, and the mon fighting gets about 1500xp or so each time, depending on who i use, and the others get 500-900 if i remember right

Hey @lavish snow! Are you looking for the Exp Share? You can get it in the Cerulean Pokémon Center from Professor Oak's Aide once you've fused at least 5 Pokémon. They can also be bought from the Silph Co. Lobby for 11,000$ if you saved 7 or more employees, or 8,000$ if you saved all the employees!

To use Exp Share, give it to a Pokémon to hold. That Pokémon will now gain XP without needing to participate in battle.

Exp Share will NOT stack with Exp All.

Having trouble with Pryce's gym in Mahogany Town. Can't figure out how to line up the Pokeball for a shot.

Up to the trainer, then right, preferably before or at the pokeball sign on the ground (if it's before, you can push it again when the trainer moves to the right position at least), then down (preferably to the lowest point the trainer goes to) and finally right again in the goal.

It does take some practice to get the timings right but thankfully the hardest shot is the first one and you can reset rather fast if you miss it.

You can get them before post game, both goldenrod and the battle factory are available at around the same time (after sylphco for goldenrod and after the 6th badge and surf for the battle factory).
It is relatively late in the progression towards the elite 4 but definitely obtainable before beating them.

The battle factory is open at the same time you go to mount ember, instead of going up into the volcano for the story stuff, you surf further south.
when you reach the southern-most point , going left takes you to a small town (with a nice key item that lets you access the PC from anywhere) and going right takes you to the battle factory.

It's a common misconception that none of sevii islands places are available before the post game (because the majority of it requires dive to unlock after all).
Plus, most people don't really need stuff from the battle factory at that point anyway (the key item for wireless PC access is great though).

late to the party, but you can get waterfall from the pinkan island quest, but the HM wont stay in your inventory. so you'll needto somehow keep the pokemon you taught it to from the island once you commplete the quest

Some legendaries can be respawned, but you really want to save before legendaries so you can load if you mess up or get unlucky.
There is new game plus though, so it's not a permanent thing even if you lock yourself out of a legendary.
