Randomised Mode:

Hey @umbral perch! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

Hey @burnt sky! Looking for the Pokéradar? You can obtain it from Professor Oak's Assistant on Route 24, but she only appears after you meet her in the Cerulean Pokécenter.

When you use the Pokéradar, a repel automatically activates and grass will shake. This indicates which tile the Pokémon is in. If you are having issues with the encounters fleeing or need more info, use the Wiki Page: Wiki LINK

Hey @frank owl! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. A different team is in charge of Remix. Remix doesn’t get access to the build till public release

So until Remix team finishes redistributing and making new teams with the new mons, Remix is missing them

That’s my point. The sprite folders aren’t setup the same way anymore. They use sprite sheets so you can’t just change a single sprite as easily anymore

So the two methods are:
a) Find sprite file, rename wanted sprite to that file name and then load.
b) if it’s a column/row sheet format, then you need a software like GIMP or other photo editor and need to exactly replace sprite a with the image of sprite b

Bugs for either: If the games auto installing sprites it may overwrite your sheet, so it’s best to keep a copy once it works.

Because every time you’d get a new sprite it would overlay it
