Your game folder has a shortcut to this folder named: Savefile
Each save file represents the save slot you saved into. Example: If you saved into Slot A, your save is named File A.rxdata

If you want to transfer it, copy the save file into the same location above on the new computer.

Is the trade for Squirtle in Cerulean poke center kinda bugged? I tested it twice.

Once trading a lvl 4 paras, and once trading a lvl 16 Ivysaur. In both situations, it gave me a lvl 15 Squirtle, but he had lvl 4 and lvl 16 stats, respectively.

So the level stayed the same, but stats changed based on what I used to trade. I could see this being ridiculous OP if you traded a lvl 30 Pokémon.
