yep, tested in debug. The body will keep all the evs and it will be in the fusion again. The only thing you lose is moves, but those mons don't have anything you can't get back.
You can swap without losing anything. You could even gain some ivs with this if you use super splicers on the re-fuse

Hey @jagged imp! Are you trying to evolve Nincada? It evolves into Ninjask at level 20! If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:

Hey @wise fiber! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. It's buggy. Both mt silver and e4 reset different parts of the hooh/lugia spawn, but if you go back to navel rock without having reset both then it still triggers the one reset flag without spawning the pokemon. Since mt silver can only be done once, you're now locked out of that event. As Silverr said, your best option now is black market.

Hey @paper herald! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Hey @dreamy wing! Are you looking for Rock Smash? The Rock Smash TM is given to you after you beat Brock. To get it, go into Mt. Moon. There, you'll overhear Team Rocket members talking. Head back out and talk to Brock, he will give Rock Smash! You can also get its replacement item, the Pickaxe, in Vermillion, in a green item ball behind the hotel and several Rock Smash rocks (see image above) (only once you have the HM already).

Hey @young girder! Are you looking for a Charmander? You can get one as rare overworld encounter in Viridian River! There's also an NPC that'll trade you a starter in Cerulean City if you've done a trade before then. Later in the game, you can get a starter in your player house in Pallet town.
