Randomised mode is only offered if you already have a save file, so that people will play classic mode for their first playthrough.

Depends on where you're at in the game, but generally just finding a trainer you can rebattle that's closest to your level n keep grinding on them, they'll level up a few times as you fight them n the mons might even evolve, making it go faster

You can enable Debug Mode by catching all 470 base Pokemon in a non-randomized file. After doing so, the Developer in Celadon will reward you with Magic Boots. For an additional reward you can ping a moderator to give you a cool dex completion role, proof screenshot required.

you can only do that if your game is randomized. There is a fuse all option.

to unlock randomizer, create a save and go back to the menu and create a 2nd save file.
