when i ujse a rare candy it takes a solid 20 seconds to a minute to load it got leveled up

You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

Hey @open smelt! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

The goal is to reach the third floor using the upper staircase on the second floor, then drop down to the basement entrance via one of three balconies.
Also the statues operate like an open/close switch for the doors and all will turn on/off simultaneously, so you only really need to press 1 or 2 in total to reach the basement

So quick question, it's been a while since I last played IF so I'm still on 5.3.1, but all of a sudden most mons I encounter end up being this big ol' ? mark.

This never happened before so I'm curious as to how this happened.

Note that I'm busy downloading version 6.1 atm, but the download is slow as death so it will be a while before it's finished.
But I understand that if this is indeed a bug that it may already have been fixed at some point between 5.3.1 and 6.1

I chose Pikachu as my starter and for some reason got Feraligatr even though I'm doing classic mode and not randomized.
I clicked custom starter and hit back and it asked if I wanted Pikachu, I said yes

Hey @forest herald! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.
