Why is my infinite splicer acting like a normal splicer instead of a super splicer even after I got the upgrade from Cinnabar Lab? This did not happen with most other fusions, only happened with a few fusions before, so its not like its happening with every mon

Hello! I finished with Erika's gym and have done the Lavender Tower and am going through sylph co in Modern Mode on Normal.. In Erika's gym the level cap was 35- now I've reached another level cap at 38, but even Erika's ace and the Team Rocket people have pokemon in the 40's. Am I missing something? Should I go to Fuscia and take care of Koga first? This level cap feels super low.

One thing I noticed recently after some testing is that it happened when I fused Torterra with Shieldon and Cranidos, but not Kabuto.
Both Cranidos and Shieldon have erratic growth rate while Kabuto hs medium fast. You think growth rate has anything to do with it?

Hey @untold spruce! Are you looking for Rock Smash? The Rock Smash TM is given you to you after you beat Brock. To get it, go into Mt. Moon. There, you'll overhear Team Rocket members talking. Head back out and talk to Brock, he will give Rock Smash! You can also get its replacement item, the Pickaxe, in Vermillion, in a green item ball behind the hotel and several Rock Smash rocks (see image above). (only once you have the HM already.)

Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the thousands of sprites you imported.
