Hey @vivid kettle! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Hey @verbal pulsar! Are you trying to unfuse a fusion? Use a DNA splicer on it!

If you're wanting to unfuse a Pokémon you got from a trade: Pokémon with a different OT than yours cannot be unfused! However, you can make it forget its OT in the school in Violet City (post game) for ₱50 000. You're free to unfuse it after that!

Hey @hushed rapids! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM!
You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).
