I restart my computer once in months and clipping doesnt work anymore, this is why I never restart my stuff, How much does the guy get paid that purposefully breaks and fixes clips every now and then? im so fed up with this

It even messed up my illumination setup and I noticed there isnt even a way to copy the oled designs without copying the entire template

desktop capture has also never worked for me which sucks because they dont do a lot of effort in detecting games

Still didnt work so i reset and it started to work ok again. Its really shite software tbh,i started using overwolf with the screen capture plugin and its just so much better

Okay so that last update fixed the error when trying to upload the file through moments, but after that my last 2min clip is heavy my voice in my Mic, and everything else (in game volume and friends talking to me in discord is super low. I am having 2 issues since updating GG. My moments, now I need to turn in on which before hand was always on. Second issue is I have always played music whilst gaming. Now I get the music playing through the recorded clip. Not really a complaint as Moments has been great until updated. I have checked in sonar the EQ and music is the right channel. Hello everyone, I need some help with a few of my clips. To cut to the chase, So, I have some clips I made while playing Valorant. When I checked and watched them, everything was fine and there were no issues. After that, I trimmed the duration of some of my video clips in SteelSeries Moment and then deleted the clips I no longer needed. and the edited clips (with trimmed durations) I moved to Google Drive and downloaded the videos to my Android device to edit them in CapCut on Android. All my clips were fine with no issues, but when I watched them more carefully, there was one very strange problem: the sound from my own microphone wasn't coming out, but the microphone sounds from my friends in Valorant were all there, and even the sound from my computer was audible, but the sound from my microphone wasn't coming out. Before I deleted the video clips from Steelseries, everything was there, or rather, there were no issues, and the sound from my microphone was also there and very clear. What's the problem?

Hello, I have a problem with moments. I set it up, changed the button for saving moments and edited the quality (2min, high, 1080p, 60fps). And somehow is not saving moments as I assume. Can you some how help me what to do? I tried reinstall the app (was using version downloaded from web), and it worked for one day (yesterday) and today is not saving. Its now working in BF6 RedSec. I’ve had issues before that randomly fixed itself themselves. For instance I’ve taken my pc to a friend’s house multiple times which I have to tear down and setup my setup to do. I go from two monitors to one at my friend’s place, then back to two, and suddenly I can’t turn moments back on. Eventually it just starts working again

I fixed it I think you have to go to setting general and then clipping I think and there should be an option to turn on beta something and then once it’s turned on just restart your computer that worked for me so hopefully it will work for you

I dont know if this is the best place to put this but I have a suggestion for a new feature.

I find it tedious after a gaming session when I go to export my clips, I have to export them individually. I am sure I'm not the only person who has this issue but thought it worth raising in the chat.

My suggestion is a simple button that allows us to export all selected clips into a specific folder. Not sure how easy this would be to implement but I feel that it would be a good addition for a lot of content creators.

Yeah, most games doesn't have proper game state integration which means capture software has to rely on recognizing what happens on screen so it breaks whenever they change anything

I've set the time of my clips to 5 minutes. In the current version when I create clip while being ingame everything is fine but when I create a clip right after death the clip is very short.
It seems that the ingame death (which is a autoclippable action) resets the clip timer even if I have auto-clipping disabled completely. Is this a known issue?

MY MOMENTS IS FIXED. I turned off my headphones, used task manager to end the SteelSeries GG application. Restarted my computer. Then when I relaunched it, the moments loaded immediately and are back on. I don't know if all of those steps are necessary. However, I did try using end task on it's own, I tried headphones off and end task, and neither of those worked. The restart seems to have done it. I hope that fixes it for everyone else too.

Hi guys! Could I report a little bug?

I have no problem with clipping, but I can't do desktop capture.

If I press "start desktop capture" , after I press stop I go in the folder and there's no file while if I manually clip, I can see the clips in moments and in the file manager.

Also, lately moments is causing stuttering. If I use OBS with far better quality than moments I don't have any issue.
I want use moments because I have mouse, kb, and headphones by steel series so I prefer to use one program to all.

are you making any clips when capturing the desktop? desktop capture doesn't work like a recording, it just enables clipping for your desktop, so you still need to press the clip hotkey to save the last 60 seconds (or whatever your clip time is set to)

Sup people, quick question just to compare with yall. The clip engine started running slow and often just not run at all and had to "run as admin" the software to access my clips. I had about 300 clips and figured "Maybe the cloud is just too full and needs space to breath" and after clean up ended up with ~120 clips and the app runs way better now.

Now, I know other clip engines like medal can and will run just fine with over 500 clips stored so I was wondering if it's just my pc or if anyone else experienced this? If it's actually GG moments that struggles when surpassing a certain storage threshold?

yeah thats close to what happened to me too. How many clips you got in the cloud? cleaning up and saving the cuts I made instead of every 1min clips helped me. I think they got a storage/bandwith to access it issue. try ending task and running as admin and do a clean up. If it works my theorie is valid and slightly disapointing. Might go back to medal.

It does say it is capturing. However, the only thing it captures was reactions through voice, not anything else. I haven't tried to see if it captures victories. I can capture clips through the shortcut Alt + S though.

Lately I've had a feeling that Moments doesn't support multiple monitors because when I had one monitor it worked but suddenly I have 2 and Moments for Fivem doesn't work right now.
