Anyone has an aerox 9? I currently own a scimitar elite from corsair but their lifespan isnt great, they always have some sort of problem after a year or 2 for me. The aerox 9 looks good but I'm worried about the side panel, with my long hands even with my scimitar's side panel all the way forward the 4-6 buttons are hard to reach and the aerox's button are longer. But it looks like the mouse overall is a little longer than the scimitar... Anyone with long hands and an aerox 9 can help?

little late here but all mousefeet are made from ptfe. the ptfe refered to here is ptfe without any added dye. it should feel smoother than your regular black mouse feet. slightly less friction but way less scratchy feeling. overall i would recommend it over regular black mousefeet

A while back i had the steelseries sensei which was a beast of a mouse, but the scroller died on me couldn't scroll or click on it anymore.
So bought the steelseries rival 710, had it for 2 months and ever since then and still have issues with the scroll clicking.

Scrolling is absolutely fine, just the clicking that doesn't quite work.

It actually pisses me off every single time.
I use scroll click quite often when i work on music and it just does not want to work.

I do loads of browser work and scrolling clicking to open tabs is a must and this mouse just doesn't help me in that aspect.

I either have to click numerous of times to open 1 tab or sometimes when i click it opens up 3-7 tabs at once.

Anyone got ideas what is causing it? 🤣

Before steelseries i had razer, where also there the scroller died on me. But somehow the razer scroller lasted longer than the steelseries mouses i owned 🤣

Nothing can beat the sonar equalizer really. The only thing i do suggest steelseries is go add frequency analysis to the equalizer so we can boost frequency ranges we like to hear. Mainly because every headphone/headset has different sounds.

Hello everyone! I am looking for a little help although its not specifically for steelseries. I just recently moved over to pc from console about 4 months ago, I am not the best player but I can hold my own on controller. I am currently using a Preditor hellios gaming laptop and I have a wireless mouse, everything I have searched is telling me that moving over to keyboard and mouse shouldn't be difficult as K&M is considered to be easier than controller but I cant seem to get the hang of it. I don't really have any friends to help me figure out what's going on so I was hoping someone here could give me pointers to become more accurate and have better consistency. Thank you!

Yes, I mostly play FPS. I have been playing halo and apex and have adjusted the sensitivity over and over, its either too high for me to comfortably aim or so low that I cant stay on the player because the movement too fast. I have even adjusted the DPI for the mouse and if i set it over 1000 dpi its way too fast to aim with. I also have no elbow rest with the setup I have, some things i have read say that is why I am having a hard time but i know im not the only person alive playing on a laptop so there has to be something i can do until i get a desk.

interesting... over time you will get more used to the sensitivity. Personally I use 3400 DPI, and leave game sens on the default, and it works well for me (I move only my hand with with only a hint of wrist motion). Without an elbow rest stability control will be difficult

yea i think im going to need an elbow rest if i plan on getting better. i am also disabled (it affects my muscles) so i get fatigued easy and then i really cant aim. I think I'll just stick with controller for now, just until i can get a desk, thanks anyways bro!

If you have a condition that affects your muscles, then I would maybe suggest trying to get used to high sensitivity, as it could help having to move much less... Could be helpful for long gaming sessions etc. Controller is always helpful for some games anyway (for example I use controller still for Rocket League (not that I'm very good anyway))

While playing csgo i create a ton of clips constantly per session, but that ain't the problem. Biggest problem is: I'm using an audio interface with a condenser microphone and in vids i only audio from the left.

Have tested it at the start and the buttons felt more comfortable.

Next to it was the steelseries with skeleton body.

Then there were others like corsair and some idk brand.

Thing is i do a lot of scrollwheel work and macro buttons on the mouse when i do audio production.

they start to double click

Most of the time it doesn't even register the scroll click on the 710.

At all.

I have to press about 13 times before it registers a click.

Once that happen it sometimes registers it once or other times multiple times like 2x or 3x
