I just find it neater and cleaner to have a USB a dongle, directly in the port (I have it on the front of my pc). I dont have any C ports on my current desktop, so having to use the cable, extender and then dongle is a bit clumsy. I think I will just ignore it over time, if I connect it to the back and place it on my desk or on top of my pc

I've been slowly moving away from Logitech. Had a G400 a long time back, cable went bad. G602 started double clicking. Then when G Hub was still new I tried a G604 with it and it wouldnt even install the software on my PC. I still have my old G305 which has no issues and now the software works, but I prefer shapes of other mice. G Pro Superlight looks cool though

My only main Logitech mouse was the MX518...then the Sensei came out and I switched...I used the Sensei OG for 7 years, great mouse!

If they wanted to make a dongle pocket in the mouse they could wether it's USB-A or USB-C. The Quantum Wireless requires dongles which are pretty bulky, I technically don't know why, but they have never made the chip smaller, is even bulkier in the Rival 650. So the issue is how big the dongle is, not the connection type (at least for the storage).

The scroll wheel is pretty similar to the one on the Rival 650, which is great. The scrolling is tactile and has a nice friction, the click button is firm and easy enough to click.
Side buttons are good as well, the only issue I have with them is that they're small, I would've liked them a bit bigger.

No, never tried...the sockets are a bit different because of the magnetic switches so I never tried on mine to avoid breaking a perfectly fine £200 board 😛

These are the main complaints I read in almost every review...and honestly for the price I would expect almost no compromise or trivial ones. Also it mounts the Omron 20M which are not the best mouse switches out there...and are usually found in mice which cost half the price...
