I would 100% recommend the Rival 3 as a mouse for medium sized hands, if you have big hands like I do you might struggle with it a bit but nothing major. As of the Apex 3 I've heard good things about it and I have the Apex 7 so it should be pretty much the same I think.

The gamedac is handy, because I can adjust volume on the fly, sidetone and gain. You don't need the gamedac but I'd advise for it. But that's from my experience with it :)

Arctis pro + dac is amazing from my experience. It's not made me better at games, but it's certainly aided in my situational awareness and positional awareness in cod, Batlefield and Elite. But that's not to say that any other headphones wouldn't have done that.

To reply to this seriously, the arctis pros have Bluetooth, however it's more for mobile device connectivity for music and calls. Though, I don't see why you couldn't connect it to your PC provided the PC has Bluetooth.
