I am in the final steps and have destroyed my keyboard but they aren't answering my mail about proof of destruction

YES!!! The boom mic isnt working properly, barely picks up audio. The ear mic is working fine. Ive been chatting with support for over a week, theyre still trying to figure it out.

Even with Sonar off, intake indicator doesnt go past 5-10%.

not even the audio pickup but rather the audio is just bad, people say it sounds super fuzzy or bad in general i havent bought alot of headsets but my arctis 5 wired was better than those

im not too concerned with the boom mic

probably could be solved by making your mic louder

You can definitely find good headsets for 100$ but most will be wired so if you're a Bluetooth baller you're not gonna find a good audio quality good microphone Bluetooth headset for 100$ from what I've seen atleast

I bought my nova pros for 220

I probably wouldn't have paid much more than that even with all the perks and features

gen 1 is wireless. and i can use it with my phone and pc at the same time, but for changing things (like the eq) i need the app (which the gen 1 doesn't support)
