its really weird

you know, if they were flashed, it lights up yellow, that's happened to me before, but this is as if red and blue were cut off, but all colors light up perfectly, only when there should be black, then there is red or blue

Not sure what is going on with that trying a couple of different things like reactive active lighting and stuff like that messing with settings but everything is as it should be

2 things I can think of are highlighting the entire keyboard and selecting a preset you want, or uninstalling the software and installing again. Im sure you tried the first and not sure the second will work. Best bet is try to get support but unsure if that will still help

I have Arctis Pro Wireless. Everything works fine, but I need to use the mobile audio cable. I'm really pissed. I have to warn you about the nova 5. I had this blopping sound on my ps5 so I brought the headset back and got a new nova 5p and its even worse interference. Do you guys even test your products?
I had never any issues with my nova 7p.

You might have been unlucky and have gotten a bad batch so then it would make sense that the second one has the issue as well.

I'd suggest that you go back to the store again and ask for another replacement or a refund

If you do another replacement then you could even consider testing it in the store if they'll let you

Maybe even demonstrate the issue to the store

@mossy perch Whenever I have that with a keyboards it's because the cable or keyboard is going bad. I got that alot with ducky keyboards. They would last me 4-8months before they started clicking random extra keys. I could hit the d key and it would trigger an L far away.

First thing I would do is a try an alternative premium usb cable. Then they all the usb ports. Then your last resort is updating the bios>then chipset driver>then processor driver>then check for a new usb driver on the mobo site. I've seen that fix weird usb and mic problems for people. But I would bet the keyboard is dying like the duckys always do.

I love the ducky tkl keyboards that come with kailh brown box v2 keys. Those are my favorite switches on earth. But I hate needing a new ducky every 4-8 months. And the kailh box brown switch models are rarely available.

I decided to try the razer huntsman v3 pro when my last ducky died. It's OK but the software is terrible and extremely buggy. Razer synapse also loves to run with +12 processes/cpu threads, which is insane for an app that should only set the profiles of the mouse/keyboard then do nothing. I have to open synapses and click the mouse config for the mouse to switch to the profile that should be set on board as the default. It's aids. And rgb doesn't work on the keyboard until you open synapse which sucks if you use your pc in the dark and boot to bios or something like that or want to just not have synapse running alwayse.

My keyboard is 3 months old, I've already tested other cables and nothing, I have a second computer and when I connect the keyboard to it I have the same problem, I believe the problem really lies in the keyboard and not in the cable, or in the drivers for the computer's parts.

For the 9X I'd imagine some of it is down to the Xbox tech used. I experienced some of the same issues with a much more expensive headset from B&O that also uses that tech
