Based on some preview footage in Grasp, and the Power level TWID, I think Dungeons (and probably Raids) are moving from a +20 cap, to a -5 delta cap, equivalent to the Atraks Pantheon. This is a -35% nerf to damage. BUT it might also get surges? 1/3

I think the only drawback of the surges is that it can heavily reinforce the meta, but on the other hand, it can introduce unexpected loadouts too

What i personally would do just to make sure damage is optimized, run Sleeper + div for first phase cause it bakes him hard

Second phase id do 5 outbreak 1 div, this eliminates the need for ammo, and easily clears his final stand
