No legit way to do so. To Max HP and Stamina u need 156 inhibitors, and 126 of those can be found in the 1st playtrough. NG+ gives you an additional 30 inhibitors

That's the effect of Lawan's booze (Afterparty mission) or beer from the PK bundle, or Rage booster. Just wait till the effect expires

Also, if your Aiden had a drink with Corvus (The Baba X mission), it will have the same effect when viewing the map

Based on what I’ve discovered so far is that there is a facility (electrical station/water tower) in each zone/area once you assign it to a faction all windmails activated in that area will have the same structure of the faction you assigned the facility

Also assigning more facilities to a faction will have an impact on the environment in that zone like traps or stuff that help you move around the city

Stamina meter damage? Is that what you're asking?
Coz that has nothing to do with Aiden's stamina. It just shows how much that weapon damages the enemy's stamina. Light human enemies, biters, virals, howlers, and spitters have a stamina bar under the HP bar. Once u deplete their stamina, they become open for finishers. That is what Stamina Meter Damage means.

Here is how it works with the Mistress sword (it deals only stamina damage, but no physical damage)

A tip for parkour fight:
Did u know that Air-kicks stun Volatiles for a couple of seconds, making them suitable platforms for vault kicks (among other things). Not just daze them, but properly stun them so it is very useful when trying to escape a volatile as well
So, vault-jump of a volatile makes him open for an air-kick. It can be done 2 times in a row; he will dodge the 3rd attempt.
Air-kick will stun a Tyrant also, but for a shorter time, and it is way harder and riskier to perform Vault jump + air-kick combo on him

Try looting GRE containers. There is always one artifact rarity tier weapon in them, and some of those containers have respawnable loot, like one near the gym in the Houndsfield district.
But what makes a difference between the same weapons is the affixes combo. That combo can make a difference between a god killer and a toothpick.

If you go to the pilgrims' website, you can buy a chest with night weapons, and at the end of the list there is the 21st weapon, the Hacker's Night Axe, and as far as I understand, although it is displayed there, it is not in the game at all.

what? not every game looks the same, not every game uses the same engine. some games look better with max graphics than other games. as for dying light 2, game looks great with max settings, don't know why you feel like you're missing something.

Crimson desert is with their own engine too and looks unreal not just for graphics but the draw distance is the best I have ever seen, unlike games that have a nice static background that looks far but is behind a loading screen or invisible wall, with crimson desert as far as you can see, if you keep walking you can get there.

so i started a new game new save file not new game plus cause playing the game with max skills and op weapons is kinda boring and im going through the the story im not that far in and the like rn im in the tunnels to sneak into the central loop the mission where u meet that PK guy for the first time ator i think is his name and the virals are just standing there in the way there not patrolling like they should be i noticed this in the GRE hospital when getting the biomarker i had a coin to distract it at the time but this time i have nothing so im just stuck with these virials that dont want to move but i remember the last time this was fixed from the first time it happened back when the game first came and im just wondering if theres a fix or a mod that fixs this cause if not that makes this game much much hard especially if this affects volatiles during the VNC tower mission

By no means will you be OP in NG+ as long as u don't use cheated weapons and gear. Just increase the difficulty if you want to have a challenge. Anyways, need NG+ if you want to max Aiden's HP and Stamina (there are an additional 30 Inhibitors in NG+)
