MySQL for both.
We regularly restored larger areas of landscape, not just player builds, and after switching to LB it was a lot quicker. Server does not exist anymore so I can't take measurements, but it was very noticeable

Lets you work with Linux apps running in WSL2 as if they are Windows apps
You'd need something like waycooler to get an Android environment that draws to wayland surfaces
There are/were others that would put Android and wayland together but I think they all died when they were still proof of concept toys

Anbox iirc is a Linux container (or VM if you run it on Windows?) that does some pixmap copying to get the Android app output which means it likely involves downloading an image from the GPU, passing it to the host, then passing it back to the GPU

Because when I boot the system without plugin the external power to the gpu the 2 small LEDs it has to indicate that you should plug in external power work, so that part does work
