If you're struggling with what may be ADHD (look up symptoms etc) talk to a professional about it. In addition to that, regardless if you are or not, structured learning or projects are usually the best way to go, since you have a specific goal and structure around it, which helps keep you on track.

Past that, if you still can never find motivation to work on it, but it's something you really want to do, try hard. Set goals that you are determined to achieve, and work your ass off to get there. If after all that you still can't find any motivation then I don't know what to tell you
