Recently started learning java to be able to make some plugins for my spigot server. Currently almost finished with a basic plugin that applies certain effects if players step on randomly generated coordinates.

In the future I would like to add new objects (trains and rails to be exact) to this mod / plugin I am currently working on. However I stumbled on some information that a spigot plugin won't allow for the creation of objects that do not exist already in the client.
Is this true?

If so, how would I go about creating this plugin / mod so that the end result will allow me to:

• create new objects in minecraft
• have these objects available on a server for my users to enjoy

World gen just uses one thread, but is still not in the main thread, so it's also mostly fine
