I know you can set breakpoints within libraries and IntelliJ will handle that fine. Could make a small plugin as entry point with the entire Paper jar as dependency, then remote debug and set a breakpoint in the Paper library. There are probably more elegant solutions, though.

There are no problems in the command line and the apache server on it is working properly

It is as follows:
Modem connects to switch 1. The unreachable computer is connected to switch 1.
Switch 2 is connected to switch 1. My pc is connected to switch 2
