I have the following problem:
I have several Minecraft servers running on PaperMC which are on a Debian 10 with OpenJDK 11.

Once the servers start, all cores are used. So far so good.

But when the servers are completely started, one server uses only one core of the CPU (16 cores in total) and the TPS of the server goes to 4-6.
The server is therefore unplayable.

Meanwhile we have reinstalled, tried AdoptJava 8 and 11 and tried OpenJDK 8 and 11.

It's not the hardware, because it has already been tested and a hardware replacement was done.

Anyone have an idea?
