Paper implements the fixes that EntityTrackerFixer does and when using EntityTrackerFixer on Paper, it does more harm rather than good. Your server is essentially work 2x as hard.

well they did bump glass stack size in this update, other items arent something you get too much bulk off outside of industrial farming
