Geyser works fantastically to let the people who watch the streamer dude but only have bedrock on xbox/phone whatever. None of those ones are playing for detail, they're playing for the community surrounding the streamer and for that genre geyser is currently unbeatable
They can get on the same server and do whatever little build events there are and chat to the Java players etc. They're not trying to do hardcore mining and fighting mobs etc, so it works perfectly

Simple, I'd personally go beyond what you're saying and say that you can have a perfectly great vanilla-ish survival experience with a couple buddies with Geyser.
(Those same buddies can help you craft netherite tools ;p)
A lot of the bugs coming from Geyser these days are quirks of plugins - for example there's a GriefPrevention bug I have yet to look at that may be because Bedrock sends more frequent slot updates.

lot of health study is tracking inflammation as a source for modern disease, and high Poly unsaturated fat oils (PUFA) ie, all your seed "vegetable" oils, are much more fragile to heat and will oxidize which can lead to inflammation. Storing in heat and light will spoil the oil faster, and using oil in high heat is super bad. gotta understand the oils smoke point.
So you need to avoid high PUFA oils, and use correct oil for your baking/cooking needs, otherwise putting bad shit in you
