also makes their design of the macbook pro make a little more sense
their macbook pros barely have the thermal performance necessary for the i9 chips in them, and in general they can't keep up

My keys did start sticking a bit, but in this repair which was targetting the battery they replaced the top panel and it appears to have fixed the issue so I think they were sticking due to the stress of the battery pushing on everything
i'll tell you what's night and day is the difference between how broken the thing was and now 😂
