Question for y'all, this may be slightly niche, but resource pack creators and server specific packs usually come with their own set of restrictions, either to honor someone's work on a texture or resource.
So some packs may be limited to non-distribution but can be used on a server, and the same for me, I host a MC Server but doesn't necessarily want my players to just take the server resource pack for personal use elsewhere since that technically goes against the terms I agreed to.
Would it be possible for paper/server jars within the generated server.properties file to have something like a pack_password: <> in which a server's resource pack can be encrypted with a password, and the server itself knows the key?
the file could still be download by the client (as it is now), but password protected and only usable on a configured server ?
