Does anyone know if there is a mod that syncs godtuner/boss progression between players? For example if player A defeats brooding mawlek (unlocking it in the god tuner/pantheon 1) it unlocks it for player B? I recently watched blueSR's video about multiplayer speedruns recently so I wanted to look into it a bit and see how possible it would be to pull off a 112% APB run or something like that.

Starting Pale Court

• Install it using Lumafly
• You must have ||All dreamers||
• You must have ||defeated a specific boss:|| ||White Defender||
• You must then find the location that connects each Knight to the world. You can watch the Launch Trailer if you want directions where to go.

Known problems with Pale Court

• MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE LATEST UPDATED VERSION
• AdditionalMaps, Randomizer 4, Extra MenuBackgrounds, EssenceAlways (and any mod that attempts to force Essence drops) aren't compatible, and will prevent you from being able to enter fights.
• Using a BenchWarp Deployed Bench in new areas will break the file
  • If you accidentally do this, then close the game, disable Benchwarp, then open the file again. Get off the bench you spawn at, and sit down again. Then save+quit, and you should be able to enable Benchwarp again.
  • Alternatively, you can open your user#.modded.json for that file, and edit "atDeployedBench": true, -> "atDeployedBench": false, . You can type ?tag savefaq for more information.
• HK Vocalized may prevent you from accessing fights
  • (This appears to not be consistently reproducible, but if you can't enter fights, then try disabling it)
• Skill Upgrades will prevent Charms from working correctly
• Hollow Point will not work if Pale Court is installed
• Any mod that adds new Charms may prevent Charms from working.

If you're having other issues, then please read #1090079233520451714 and create a #1057825333841240104 post with the requested info and any details. Be aware that Pale Court was not designed to be compatible with other mods, and you will usually need to choose between using either Pale Court or the other mod(s).

Modding and Achievements

• Mods do not normally prevent you from getting Achievements.
  • If you want to prevent them, you can use the Disable Achievements mod.
  • If a mod changes/removes something that's part of an achievement trigger, then you won't get that achievement.
• In many cases, achievements are still earned, but the pop-ups do not come up when modding.
• In some rare cases, players report not getting achievements when modding. While this is not normal, it should be mentioned that it can happen.
  • This is often tied to them doing something like skipping something with QoL (such as credits), and thus skipping the actual trigger for the Achievement.
  • Some mods that rely on SFCore such as Hallownest Vocalized can sometimes prevent achievements from working.

And to answer your question, I don't think I've ever seen publicly available custom trials for the current version of the mod and the game. If you decide to do that I recommend that you check the 1.4.3.2 modding resources (pinned in this channel) as well

Clearing HK Registry Data

This is useful for fixing some uncommon game behaviors, more commonly associated with playing on older patches. Warning: Doing this will reset your local game achievements, including your ability to start a Steel Soul and Godseeker save.

You can get it from Lumafly as well, like Pale Court. Be careful of the way its name is written, it's "Hallownest-Vocalized" with a dash in the middle, if you don't write it it won't appear in the results (that wouldn't be an issue if the correct name had a space instead). Also, note that for some people having Hallownest Vocalized and Pale Court enabled at the same time can prevent them from accessing the new fights

hey does anyone know why suddenly my game isn't working? I try to open my save and then none of my controls work and my coordinates for my knight are stuck at -33.0, -129.8

I can't even open the menu and I've tried disabling and reenabling some mods and it didn't change anything. my debug mod is still registering my inputs but nothing is working at all

after a while I can move with noclip but I can't interact with anything or move after I turn it off

when I move into a loading zone then disable noclip it starts moving my X coordinate downward and the bottom right has the loading icon moving really fast but nothing actually happens

and no matter what I do, even a new save I can't get control of my character

and sometimes when I turn off noclip my knight just very slowly slides to the left

i had disabled a mod in game, and when I enabled it again from the menu it fixed it, so I then disabled it from the menu and it's ok now

You should try with Lore Randomizer instead, which is a sort of rando-only successor of Lore Master. Lore Rando is still being maintained currently, unlike Lore Master, and a relatively recent update to Randomizer 4 broke most of the connections until they got updated, and, well, Lore Rando did receive an update unlike the other one

I believe it's in Bosses -> Grimm -> Nightmare King Grimm. Those sprites are white on the sheet (they look like 3 small spikes, on the right part of the sheet), and a red tint is applied in game, so on the default png transparent background they're almost invisible, you'll need to see the file without the default background

While you technically can put an additional install on one, HK uses files that are in a userprofile (so on the computer itself)

As far as re-triggering things, you'll probably want to start a new file, then make save states with debug. If you're not sure how to create save states, then I suggest looking up Lep's speedrunning guide videos, because one of them covers his to make save states iirc

Hello, just a quick question, I've started modding yesterday (skins only). However, when I boot up my game today it keeps on loading (syncing data) for almost 30mins, is it normal? or should I do something like reenabled mods etc.

Xbox games versions copy and sync a lot of files, and although I don’t precisely know which files are affected given the fact that skins can be quite large that could be normal. If there are skins that you don't use you can check if removing them reduces the time spent syncing data

It's also worth mentioning that if your Hard Drive has less than ~10 GB of free space, then stuff like synching data will be drastically slowed down.

syncing data is usually related to steam cloud saves, not mods. If there's a problem with that it's usually intermittent or gives you the option to play without syncing

Xbox Games versions (like Gamepass) do this weird nonsense where the game is essentially installed twice, and then changes to the copy that the user has access to get synchronized to the "main" copy (that the user cannot access).
I'm not quite sure why, but this seems to be Microsoft's compromise when they let games from them be accessible

I only tested it for like a week or so

I rememeber there specifically being issues if you installed a bunch of stuff and then launched the game before it was finished "syncing" (which is why the ?tag gamepass mentions that you should wait a few minutes after installing mods)

Note: this is for Desktop/Laptop. You cannot mod the game on Xbox consoles

• Use Lumafly (it has additional support for this version that other installers currently don't have)
  • Download: https://themulhima.github.io/Lumafly?download
  • Make sure that the Lumafly's exe isn't in Downloads. Ideally put it on your Desktop.
• Right-Click the Lumafly.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  • It should automatically find the install and ask if it's correct. If it doesn't find it, then you will need to link it to the Hollow Knight.exe found in C:\XboxGames\Hollow Knight\Content by default.
• After installing / installing any mods, wait about a minute before launching the game (this is because Windows does a weird thing for Xbox Games things, and it makes copies of files)

Ping isn't needed. And it literally tells you what to do - it varies depending on your router, so you'll need to google for tutorials specific to what you have. Editing save files

You can edit various values of save files. Below are different available methods.

• MoreSaves Mod | Install
• With the MoreSaves mod installed, you can edit save files from the in-game Menu. Either from the Main Menu or Pause Menu, go to Options > Mods > MoreSaves to edit save files in game.
• QoL mod | Install
  • If you open a save file with QoL installed, you'll have an extra file called user#.json (where # is the file number), which can be edited using Notepad or a similar text editor. If you do not know where your saves are located, type ?tag saves for more information
• DebugMod | Install
  • While not an intended purpose, you can edit some parts of your save file using Debug, such as Nail Damage, and those changes will remain even after uninstalling the mod.
• Website
  • Find the Save File, upload it to the website, and make the edits. It will Download as save file for Slot 1, so rename it if needed. If you do not know where your saves are located, type ?tag saves for more information
