You need to give this to the NPC near the first Prie Dieu in Library of Negated Words for him to open a secret door that leads to an NPC who asks for two eyes.||

||You access one of the new areas via Mother of Mothers, the new area also connects to Echoes of Salt although you need to enter through MoM to explore it (has a new boss), and also if you’ve given enough bones to the Warden he’ll open a door behind him that leads to the second DLC boss. You need to kill BOTH of these for the Golden Eyes.||

||Use the new Mea Culpa Heart you get from the new NPC (you can no longer take it off after using it, but it’s very powerful) and fight Crisanta with it. Something very cool happens in the fight - then you gotta return to where Esdras was when he gave you the key. Crisanta should be there and give you this strange thing. Then fight the final boss and I won’t say the rest!||
