I hope there are a lot of tools in the game. I imagine that they will add more later on, similar to how they added new charms into hollow knight. But I hope we end up with enough tools to make the playstyle super customizable. It's such a cool idea, and I hope it's used to it's fullest effect.

My crackpot theory is that the HB causing The Haunting is a parasitic one which feeds on the "Soul" of weakened/dying HBs, but none were available, so the cultists captured Hornet. Hornet, who possesses the "Soul of Wyrm" will be used as a sacrifice, enabling said HB to "fully awaken".

HK had like 5-6 mil sales probably. AAAs often have way more and cost way more
