so you now need to kill the proc gen npc target
then once youve done that, you go back, Mother pats you in the back and pays you, then you do it again

Yeah Battle Brothers quest is an example, all of it is proc gen

You get told a bandit group needs to die with all the flavor text with it, you kill em and then you get paid

and you do this often with the bandits slowly scaling up (or whatever enemy there is like goblins and undead etc)

i think most quests wont really be needed, like it'll maybe reward you with tiny stuff, a tool carfting material, mybe for big ones a mask shard, or stuff like that because well, quest in hk are kinda just sidequest. its pretty linear but there A lot of things you can miss to finish the game with just THK ending so SS will probably be the same, so That long if you do it in a speedrun-y way but if you do all of the quests and optional stuff it might take a while

shell shards are to repair, i dont think they'll ever be used to craft tools, unless maybe the first one but it seems to be found in the prison, i think there will be some crafting material reused for many tools tho so like if there 40 craftable tools there could be 15 diffrent crafting material and each will use between 2-5

so its not too confusing
