and ones that have 31

January, March, May, July, August, October, and December.

the reason it took a lot of time for hk to come out is budget, team cherry unlike now didn't have a lot of money to work on the project so they had to kinda survive by scavenging until the game released and its popularity rose.

right now there is a lot of budget for the game, so its probably gonna release in less then 4 years

yes but also they had to work irl to get money before hk released, so thier time was much more limited since they had to work on thier sustainment, now its no longer a massive issue so they have more time to dedicate to ss then to hk.

I remember it didn't take a lot of time for robtop to update the game to add the spider so I think it will be out soon in the long run

They got some extra money from Indie fund. They basically loan money to indie devs and then you pay them back after your game comes out.
