Most people don't understand HK didn't invent any of it's mechanics or even a lot of its basic ideas since it's a metroidvania which takes inspirations from well, you know among other things that aren't exactly original which is fine, but I feel people think HK invented every Metroidvania mechanic and that it's so original and innovate when it's really just a game that uses a lot of ideas from a lot of different places and added some of their own spice to make it their own thing
