I have a 1.2.2.1 installation on my hard drive
I tried scarab and mod installer
(Mod Installer doesn't even work anymore even tho it worked an hour ago lol)
(it either can't find anything or says that the version is unstable)
(I re-downloaded it multiple times)

The game stops being able to launch

HP uses an "adrenaline" system, and you have a random chance of healing every time you damage someone while at full adrenaline

I suspect that it might just be that your computer/game is running out of vram (as that's how HK loads everything), because EnemyHPBar creates a lot of assets when running.

Randomizers are not yet updated to 1.5 so no. You can’t get randomizers at all on 1.5 yet. You need to downpatch to 1.4.3.2 and use either mod installer 1 or mod installer 2 (similar to scarab). I suggest mod installer 2 if you’ve used scarab, the only difference is you need to install the ModdingApi mod before mods get working

Hello, I am a mac user and I just downloaded ModInstaller2 from the top pinned link for mac. I downgraded my game to the 1.4.3.2 beta, but when I tried launching it, it crashed saying, "The application 'hollow_knight' can't be opened." So I verifyed the game and opened it without the mods and the same thing happened. Can someone help me? I really wanna use mod installer on my mac because Scarab doesn't have randomizer. Any help would be great.

BTW steam also told me there was an error, but so did finder guy

I've downloaded patch 1.4.3.2 in a different folder than the original game from steam, I've also downloaded the Mod-installer V2 and checked the mods needed to randomizer 3, but when I open the.exe file of the 1.4.3.2 version, it crashes before I'm able to pick a language

I tried the .exe and Steam as a non Steam game, same issue

I search the folder where the .exe of the patch was, select the .exe and add that as a non Steam game

Then, when I tried to launch from Steam, it seems to be opening the OG one from my librarie, the fails at the language selection
