I wouldn't be 100% on it, honestly. I would recommend just grabbing Vasi as well and seeing if that helps

As for your brother who's on windows, then they'll probably have a different problem, so double check that they're on the right version, how the game crashes, and if it gives an error

I got a problem. I used to use customknight mod and some other mods before and they used to work but they don't now. A rar is also a compressed archive. You can open it with winrar(will eventually ask you to pay for it, can use it without paying) or 7zip

Guys just in case your Language Support mod is not working - maybe you have the same problem as I did - make sure you have correct language code! For Ukrainian for example its UK, while I was trying to use UA.

How do I get HK to work with mods? (Im using MacOS). I installed modinstaller 2, I downgraded to the 1.4.3.2 version and I get this error from steam "OS Error 4294956470." If I upgrade to the current version, the game run as normal with no mods.

1.5 made back end changes that make mods incompatible. It's not just that it can't recognize it, it's that if it did install them it would cause your game to just not work

Not sure, try every button I guess. You might be able to edit what key to press in the globalsettings file but I'm not certain. Or if you have a controller using that you can do rb or lb

If you also use Controller, LB and RB work.
Otherwise, you may want to try:

The keys that would be in the equivelent spot (to the right of P on a QWERTY keyboard)
Pressing SHIFT and the [ and ] keys on your keyboard, in case it has them flipped.

I was trying to use debug mod save states to practice the climb phase of absrad but it just sends me back to the beginning of the fight. I was kind of expecting this, since that's what it did the last time I used it, but I've seen people mention using debug to do the same thing. I'm practicing for AB, so I couldn't do that, but I guess the climb isn't really any different, so I'll just turn off the bindings mod and do that.

And it's mostly because rando logic sometimes can't account for things and can lead to softlocks

Well, more accurately, Rando logic works under the assumption that you can Benchwarp. So there are situations that you can be in where you can't finish a seed because you can't warp back to a bench/starting-location.
Benchwarp is typically just used with "warp to unlocked benches", not with "all benches".

Also, randomizing stags would be terrible without it lol

There's a menu at the top of the pause menu, and you click on an area, then it'll show benches in that area, then you can warp to that bench.
Set Start takes you to where your world started.

A randomizer is when you "scramble" the locations of items, so the place you pick up dash might actually have tram pass. You can mess around with settings to get all sorts of effects, including making the whole map a mess by randomizing room transitions. It's very fun and a good way to learn about the game and skips in more detail. To install it, download the mod installer (and downpatch, check the pins), and just download Randomizer 3, can also add Enemy Randomizer, and if it's your first randomizer consider trying "RandoMapMod" (makes the map show where items are). If you have questions feel free to ask, also can ask in #randomizer if you're struggling with in game stuff
