🔹 How it works:

HKMP puts a copy of each player into each other players world. Enemies have separate health and can be in different places; items/abilities must be collected separately; breakable objects must be broken separately.
A player's attack will happen in each player's world, damaging any enemies/players it comes in contact with. A player is only hurt by the enemies in their own world.

After installing, in order to actually use the mod
When the mod is correctly installed, you should see it at the top-left of your main menu, with the other mods you have installed.

Hi, I'm trying to make the hollow twitch mod work. I've got the scarab mod installer working, I put the oauth token in the twitch.globalsettins file, I inserted my username and channel, but when I launch the game, it says "Twitchmod: UNKNOWN" in top left corner and my commands don't do anything in game. Okay so mod log says that it added all the commands, it says "Twitchmod - started receiving

okay I figured out the problem, and it works now. So for future reference, if someone does the same mistake as me...
When you edit the twitch.globalsettings files, it sometimes creates a second one. You need to edit both. But that didn't really work for me. So I grabbed a new auth token, but made the mistake of altering it whilst in game. So closing the game would make those files revert the token back when I relaunched it. Close the game, put in the new token to both files, and then launch it. Should work then!

That happens if you made a mistake after editing the normal one. If the Modding API is unable to load a global settings file (like from a typo), then it reverts to the .bak, which will be the blank one if you've never successfully loaded the game with an edited one.

I said that you had to enable it from the buttons at the bottom of the pause menu. MapMod has it's own custom lil' Menu

If that's not appearing, then you most likely need to uninstall it, MagicUI, and MapChanger, then reinstall them all

How to use Scarab in Microsoft Store
🔹 First enter the Xbox app and move your mouse over Hollow Knight on the left bar.
🔹 Click the three points then click "Manage".
🔹 Go to the "Files" tab and select "Browse...".
🔹 Click Hollow Knight then Content, click the path bar and copy it.
🔸Run Scarab as admin and when it asks you for the path paste what copied before.

Alternate Method:
🔹 Click on your profile then "Settings"
🔹 Go to "General" tab and select "CHANGE FOLDER"
🔹 Look for a folder where you want to install the game (Preferably inside a folder in your desktop).
🔸 Copy the path bar, then run Scarab as Administrator and when it asks you for the path, paste what copied before.

Scarab path folder needs to have Hollow Knight_Data folder inside
