2. shade cloak through them if needed, itll destroy the balls
3. use dive and try to destroy as many as possible or just buy time for them to expire||

||at the beginning of the fight: either 1. jump, wings, and do a slow cyclone (spam nail) on absrad to gather soul (idk if this is possible to do w/o nmg) 2. facedance (the easiest way to do this is to pogo, right slash, left slash, repeat, adding in wings where needed)||

||spike floor: ddark asap to get rid of it, don't feel guilty about "wasting" soul||

||orb barrage: jump and wings up to the boss, pogo, and ddark (repeat if necessary). learning to "juke" the orbs may take some practice||

||sword burst: position yourself out of the paths of the first set of swords, and then walk slightly left or right to avoid the second. you can get a couple of shrieks in for damage after this attack||

||sword rain: idk what to say, you kinda have to just dodge||

||beam burst: quickly react to and avoid the laser telegraphs. if you want, in between each burst you can jump and upslash the boss. you can get a couple of shrieks in for damage after this attack||

||sword/beam wall: ddark or shade dash through them, make sure to mostly always have dash available (don't ever stay in the air w/o pogoing for too long||

||PHASE 2 (plats)||:

||as soon as the phase begins go up to the top center platform, imo this lets you get to the other platforms the easiest. her attacks stay the same in this phase so the above tips mostly apply. just try to always have at least one cast of soul available to ddark, and don't get too aggressive with chasing the boss down. also, NEVER chase her when she teleports into her very rightmost position (when she isn't above any platforms)||

||PHASE 3 (climb)||:

||this is just practice and rage||

||keep pogoing the boss, dashing to get between her teleport positions. if you lure the orbs above the screen during this phase, they despawn||

||for the orbs attack There is one very important thing to keep in mind. Always dash under the orb unless it spawns directly above the ground and you can't. If you jump over it instead of dashing through/ below it it will fly through the ground and potentially hit you again whereas if you dash below it it will just hit the ground and get destroyed||

this is a good strat, i'd actually recommend using this if it feels better unless you can't because your ||dash|| path is blocked by a ||spike floor||

||this is mostly good advice however some of the speed strats are only really useful for modded bosses and going with easier strats is much safer and well easier. For example face dancing is very hard to learn and definitely not something a beginner can/should do if they struggle with the boss. Also the last phase is much easier done by just standing on one platform, dodging the orbs by jumping + wings and attacking radiance if they teleport to your platform.||

You can beat it or ||banish (essentially you beat the dlc without beating the boss)|| it both give the last %

If you wanna ||banish, you need to go the flame in Deepnest and then back to Howling Cliffs where you spawned the Grimm Troupe||

If you wanna beat it here are a couple tips:
||NKG isn’t really hard, just very fast, the best way to counter this is by practicing dodging his attacks||

||I know a lot of people say this, but I personally disagree; chasing her to some extent lets you keep getting damage to end the phase faster, and, more importantly, lets you have soul to ddark when necessary||
