I experimented a little and you can go incognito, as a non-logged-in user, and download zips so I don't think the 'which user' option is really even there.
But all this is speculation, could someone confirm?

I think it was one of the better implementation of kde cuz they cared enough to change the background, most distro don’t so that’s a plus, my problem was that it ran good for a while but then slowed down
